Meet epona
Hailing from Belgium, epona – Epona Guillaume – discovered the thrill of being on stage as an actress at age 7. While still pursuing her acting career, she’s now exploring new avenues with music. She found in songwriting a way to authentically open up to her audience and address important topics that are close to her heart.
About the process of writing ‘Voice’, epona says: “The inspiration behind the song came from conversations I had with women about the lack of consideration and double standards we all have experienced at some point. ‘Voice’ is a reminder that the struggle for gender equality is ongoing.”
With her dedication to creating meaningful art and delivering messages that are more relevant now than ever, epona is poised to become a powerful voice in the indie rock music scene.
