Hi there! I’m Emmanuelle, the founder of L’Ode Rose. I was born and bred in Montpellier, south of France, but Glasgow has been my home for almost 7 years.

Fun fact: after high school, I wanted to study and become… a publicist. Life got in the way, and I became a professional singer instead.

In 2018, I needed new challenges, and the thought of working in music PR never left my mind. So, I undertook an HND in Music Business, followed by an HNC in Marketing and Communications.

L’Ode Rose was born out of a genuine love for the indie music scene and a strong desire to bridge the gap that Brexit has created with Europe. What started as a graded unit assignment for college turned into a business venture!

I’m passionate about PR – you have to be when you go back to school at 32 years old! – and very dedicated to every project I choose to work on.

Artists might face many challenges when exporting their music, such as language barriers or a lack of knowledge of the local market and its effective promotion practices.

By using my connections and in-depth knowledge of music PR best practices in France and the UK, I offer exposure and growth to artists at every stage of their careers, whether they’re looking to strengthen their fan base, build media presence or cross borders.

Though I aim to specialise in promoting Scottish artists in France and vice versa, I’m open to taking on different projects from musicians all around the UK, so feel free to get in touch anytime for a chat.
